What you get is code written for your site, not a theme that breaks when a plugin is removed. Adding a feature later means extending what is there rather than rebuilding it.

Scope settled before anything starts

Before work begins there is a document: how many pages, what is in them, what it costs, when it lands, and how many rounds of revisions are included. Work starts once we read the same thing.

What I will not promise

• A first-page ranking on Google — the SEO structure is my job, the ranking is not mine to promise
