A site that still has customers on it does not have to go dark for a month. Move the pages that earn first and let both run side by side.
Nothing against it. But when a site needs a system added, the pile of plugins tends to become a cost the client pays later.
The job ends when the client can change the content without messaging me, not when the site goes live.
A tenfold difference is usually a difference in what is inside the quote, not in who is overcharging.
