A contractor site that gets the deposit transferred

Building work is sold on trust: someone is about to pay a large sum to a company they just found. The site has to show real projects, real people, and terms that are not vague.

What a contractor site needs

These four are what a visitor looks for first. Without them they go and look at somebody else.

  • 01

    Projects, one by one

Before, during and after, with the size of the job and how long it took, so a visitor can compare it to their own.

  • 02

    The team and the licences

Who supervises, whether there is an engineer, what the company is registered as.

  • 03

    A site-visit request form

Area, type of work and a rough budget, straight into LINE or email.

  • 04

    Add projects yourself

A job finishes, it goes on the site the same week, without waiting for anyone.

Why some contractor sites never get enquiries

Beautiful photographs with nothing beside them: no size, no duration, no indication of budget. A visitor cannot tell whether their own job is the kind you take, so they do not write.

The other one is a missing company address or registration number, which is the first thing anyone checks before transferring a deposit on six-figure work.

Which package fits

The company site at THB 10,000, because the project list keeps growing and you want to add to it yourself. Starting out, the one-page site at THB 3,000 is enough for the first jobs.

Frequently asked

Our photos were taken on a phone.

That is fine — they can be sized and ordered so they read well. Before-and-after pairs of the same job help most.

Can we ask for a budget up front?

The form can offer budget bands, which filters out the enquiries that were never going to fit.

Can we add new projects ourselves?

Yes, with the company-site package: the admin covers projects, photographs and details.
